Policies

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Karachi deliveries usually arrive in 1–3 days; the rest of Pakistan takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery is Rs 250 flat, and free on orders above Rs 2,000. We call every order to confirm before dispatch.

If a pouch arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.

For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened spice pouches, honey jars or resin unless the product is faulty.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer (Bank Alfalah and Askari Bank), card payment via a secure link, and WhatsApp orders.

Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. We never ask for your card details over the phone.

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: name, phone, address and optionally email. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Every batch is 100% pure with no starch, husk, artificial colour or anti-caking agents. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the pouch sealed.
