Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and, optionally, your email address. For bank-transfer orders we may also receive the name on the transferring account and a payment reference or screenshot you choose to send us.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Card payments, when offered, are handled through a secure payment link issued by our bank.

Your information is used only to confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, to answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email, and to keep basic sales records as required for our own bookkeeping.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional product and recipe updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or contacting us.

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.

We may disclose information where required by Pakistani law or by a competent authority.

Your shopping cart and light/dark theme preference are stored in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data will clear your cart.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support returns, warranty questions and our accounting obligations. Access to customer records is limited to the team members who fulfil orders.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing thefarmsfoods@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will act on reasonable requests promptly.
