This website is operated by The Farm's — Organic by Nature, a Pakistan-based seller of pure spices, honey and natural wellness products. By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We call every order to confirm the address and quantity before dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or the order cannot be verified.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will not change afterwards.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer (Bank Alfalah and Askari Bank) and card payment through a secure link. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. We will never ask for your card details or one-time passwords over the phone.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Timelines are estimates; courier delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a dispatched order, though we will always help you trace it.

Natural products vary in colour, aroma and texture between harvests. Photographs are indicative. Our products are foods and supplements, not medicines: nothing on this site is medical advice, and you should consult a qualified doctor before using any product for a health condition, during pregnancy, or alongside medication.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

All text, photography, artwork and branding on this site belong to The Farm's and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
